THE TRAUMATOLOGY AND ORTHOPAEDY SPECIALISTS TRAINING: PROBLEMS, ACHIEVEMENTS AND PROSPECTS

Alteration of social-economic relations, united with Eurointegration processes, causes the necessity of higher medical education system's changes.

First of all, it depends to the credit-module educational system introduction, testing on all stages of educational process, alterations of content part of discipline, application of modern technologies of teaching.

However the modern tendencies of groundless transition to the new forms of teaching in many case are led to neglect and loss the Ukrainian's medical school traditions.

Therefore we consider that one of tasks of nowadays is alteration of teaching of traumatology and orthopaedy at higher school with saving the ideology and methodology of teaching.

The last foresees stage preparation entered and developed in home medical science

The teaching must base its principle on speciality beginning from the second course (general aspects, capture the bases of traumatology and orthopaedy on 4-5 courses, cycle on a 6 course, introduction of elective courses on separate directions of traumatology and orthopaedy, that completes the stage of prediploma preparation of specialists)

The following and sequence is the guarantee of efficiency of teaching and preparation of doctor at higher school in the study of speciality, what is possible in condition of the department of orthopaedy and traumatology.

At through preparation the bases of postdiploma preparation are mortgaged. The basic requirements are: duration of teaching is not less than 3 years and preparation on clinical bases not less than 2/3 parts of term of internship. The considered questions of preparation programs of teaching on pre- and postdiploma stage, requirements to the methodological and methodical providing of teaching were considered.
